SHIPPING & RETURNS
Each piece is hand-made to order and every attempt will be made to process and ship your order within 7 days or less. Once your order is ready to ship your shipping confirmation number will be emailed you. Please note, order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed.
Please note that in light of COVID-19 freight and transport challenges, orders may be delayed

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. All international orders are shipped via DHL.
For all orders, billing and shipping addresses must be the same. Any delays at customs once the package has reached the destination country are not under our control.
We offer a flat rate for international shipping of $35 USD. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please note we are not responsible for any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country.
Please note that shipping charges are not inclusive of taxes or duty. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
We are unable to advise or predict the amount, so please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order, as all shipments must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.
At Shoma The Label each piece is made to order and hand crafted in Trinidad. We do not hold stock and as such we only allow for store credit or exchanges. You may return /exchange any item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date. Please see the below guidelines:
- Contact us at info@shomathelabel.com to notify us of your desire to return your item(s).
- Please include your order number and clearly state reasons for returning your item(s) and we will respond with all necessary information to process your return.
- Please ensure the merchandise is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs / duties associated with the return of your item(s), additionally, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged item(s).
- We recommend that you ensure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the Product and will be liable for any damage to them until we actually receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us.
- Once the package arrives at our warehouse please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
- Please note that we do not cover the costs associated with the return of your item(s), thus any refund via store credit due to you would not be inclusive of the return shipping fees
- All Sale Discounts are Final Sale – No Returns Accepted
- Custom orders and pieces with custom sizing cannot be returned or exchanged
